Mulled Wine with a Coffee twist
Ok, it sounds a bit experimental but you will be surprised after tasting this Mulled Wine with Coffee recipe. It is yummy!
- 18 cl Paulig cold brew concentrate
- 6 cl Aperol
- 6 cl Red wine
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Star anise
- Cinnamon stick
- Measure cold brew, Aperol, red wine and sugar syrup to a milk pitcher.
- Steam the drink with espresso machine’s steaming wand until its 65-degrees.
- Pour into a mug (300 ml) and add the spices.
