Velvety milk tea is in!
- 2.5 dl of milk
- 4–5 g brown sugar
- 8 g loose leaf tea (e.g. Just T Earl Grey)
- Measure all the ingredients into a milk jug.
- Heat up to 65 degrees with the steam wand of the espresso machine.
- Let the tea brew for a moment before you pour it into a tall glass through a strainer.
