Milk Tea

Velvety milk tea is in!
 

  • 2.5 dl of milk
  • 4–5 g brown sugar
  • 8 g loose leaf tea (e.g. Just T Earl Grey)
  1. Measure all the ingredients into a milk jug.
  2. Heat up to 65 degrees with the steam wand of the espresso machine.
  3. Let the tea brew for a moment before you pour it into a tall glass through a strainer.
