Kiwi to Me - Cold Brew Sparkling drink with kiwi and lemon
This bold combo of Cold Brew Sparkling Coffee and kiwi syrup is the fruity drink of your dreams.
1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cl kiwi syrup (e.g. Modo) or DIY kiwi syrup
About 1,5 dl Cold Brew Sparkling Coffee
Slices of kiwi for garnish

1. Place the slices of kiwi on the bottom of a highball glass.
2. Measure the lemon juice and syrup into the glass.
3. Fill with ice.
4. Add Cold Brew Sparkling Coffee and stir.
5. Serve with the bottle of Cold Brew Sparkling Coffee.
Crush 4 kiwis in a saucepan. Add 1 litre of water and1 kg of sugar. Heat and stir the mixture continuously until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside. Strain and bottle the syrup once fully cooled.
