Glögg Au Lait
Glögg or mulled wine can be also prepared with coffee! This beverage is non-alcoholic, our own version of the traditional Christmas drink.
Use glögg seasonings and dark coffee with milk!
- 1.5 dl very dark roast filter coffee (We recommend Paulig Café Parisien)
- 1.5 dl milk
- 2 tsp Santa Maria glögg spice mix
- 1 cl Tate & Lyle Cane Syrup
- Measure the cane syrup into a cup around 300 ml in volume.
- Heat up the milk with the glögg spices.
- Pour the filter coffee and milk into the cup.
