Glögg Au Lait

Glögg or mulled wine can be also prepared with coffee! This beverage is non-alcoholic, our own version of the traditional Christmas drink.

Use glögg seasonings and dark coffee with milk!

  • 1.5 dl very dark roast filter coffee (We recommend Paulig Café Parisien)
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 2 tsp Santa Maria glögg spice mix
  • 1 cl Tate & Lyle Cane Syrup

Preparation:

  1. Measure the cane syrup into a cup around 300 ml in volume.
  2. Heat up the milk with the glögg spices.
  3. Pour the filter coffee and milk into the cup.
