Caramel Fever Freakshake

Salty caramel freakshake with espresso.

  • 2 shots (50-60 ml) of Paulig espresso
  • Nutella (nuss-nugat-crème)
  • Pretzels
  • Flake salt
  • 2 cl caramel sauce
  • 250 ml milk
  • Whipped cream
  1. Garnish the inside of a glass (300 ml) with Nutella.
  2. Add caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt in the glass.
  3. Prepare a double espresso on top.
  4. Steam milk and pour it into the glass.
  5. Fill the glass with whipped cream and garnish with caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt.
  6. Add loads of small pretzels on top.
