Caramel Fever Freakshake
Salty caramel freakshake with espresso.
- 2 shots (50-60 ml) of Paulig espresso
- Nutella (nuss-nugat-crème)
- Flake salt
- 2 cl caramel sauce
- 250 ml milk
- Whipped cream
- Garnish the inside of a glass (300 ml) with Nutella.
- Add caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt in the glass.
- Prepare a double espresso on top.
- Steam milk and pour it into the glass.
- Fill the glass with whipped cream and garnish with caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt.
- Add loads of small pretzels on top.
