3 Best Christmas Coffee Recipes for Your Café!

Christmast Latte
This classic is hard one to beat. I can remember preparing hundred of these gingerbread treats during Christmas season when I was still working behind the bar. Gingerbread flavour just belongs to Christmas and it works really well in a milky smooth latte.
Recipe
- 30 ml Paulig espresso
- 1,5 dl steamed milk or plant based beverage
- 2 cl gingerbread syrup
Prepare a single espresso into a mug. Mix warm espresso shot and syrup together. Lightly froth the milk or plant-based beverage and pour it over the espresso.
Christmas Mocha
Feel fancy and are craving for something even sweeter? Then Christmas Mocha is definitely the one for you! This chocolately treat will solve all of your customer's problems and take them straight to the mood of Christmas.
Recipe:
- 30 ml Paulig espresso
- 1,5 dl steamed milk
- 2 cl Tazza Chocolate sauce or 1 Tazza stick
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Gingerbread cream*
Add Tazza Chocolate sauce on the bottom of the glass. Prepare a single espresso into a mug. Lightly froth the dairy milk and pour it over the espresso. Finish with gingerbread cream and garnish with cinnamon and gingerbread cookies.
Gingerbread whipped cream: Mix 0,5 l of cream and 3 tsp Santa Maria Gingerbread spice in siphon.
Christmas Filter Coffee
Your cafés doesn't have the space for an espresso machine but you would still want to surprise your customer during Christmas season? Then this filter coffee treat is for your café! Cinnamon and cardamom lift up the filter coffee to another dimensions and delicious gingerbread whipped cream finishes the treat.
Recipe:
- 60 grams of coffee
- 1 litre of water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- Gingerbread whipped cream
Add the spices on top of the ground coffee in the filter cone and prepare the filter coffee as you would normally do. Finish with gingerbread cream and garnish with cinnamon and gingerbread cookies. Just make sure that you washed your coffee pots or thermoses really well to avoid the spices sticking to it.
